The application falsely claims to be associated with “聯德私募” and “中聯國際証劵”, and has misused the name of NG Chi Yu (吳知雨) to induce investors to download the app, open so-called securities accounts, and transfer funds to designated personal or unregulated accounts.
Please be reminded that “中联ZT”, “聯德私募”, and “中聯國際証劵” are not associated with Alliance Partners Capital Limited in any way. Investors should not download the application, open any account, or transfer funds in connection with it.

該等未經授權人士可能通過社交媒體、即時通訊軟件、假冒網站或仿冒手機應用程式，向公眾推介所謂投資機會、培訓課程、高回報項目或所謂證券賬戶。上述行為均屬違法行為，且與聯德資本有限公司毫無任何關聯。
聯德資本近日亦注意到，一款名為 「中联ZT」 的仿冒手機應用程式正在網上及社交媒體平台被推廣。該應用程式聲稱與 「聯德私募」 及 「中聯國際証劵」 相關聯，並冒用 NG Chi Yu（吳知雨） 的名義，誘導投資者下載該應用程式、開立所謂「證券賬戶」，並將資金轉入指定的個人賬戶或未受監管賬戶。
謹此提醒：「中联ZT」 應用程式、「聯德私募」 及 「中聯國際証劵」 均與聯德資本有限公司沒有任何關聯。請投資者切勿下載該應用程式、開立任何相關賬戶或進行任何資金轉賬。
